How Tryouts are structured
We will give you a 15 minute routine to teach
Use the moves from the Mega 101 Routine (we will supply it) to create a routine with the following components:
a. 2 Min Opening Core
b. 6 Min Lower Body (3m Left/3-min Right)
c. 4 min Oblique (2-min Left/-min Right)
d. 3 min Upper Body
15-minutes total for the tryout.
Come prepared with music - this will create more ownership of your experience.
