My Story

I was a very active child and have always enjoyed moving my body. I’m thrilled to help others do the same! In addition to teaching at TLS, I manage Great Grins Dental, which my husband and I own. I also volunteer with CareBOX Program, delivering supplies to local cancer patients every week. Before making a career change, I was a TV news anchor and reporter for 12 years, working in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Waco and Austin. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog and hubby, trying new restaurants, and going to concerts and comedy shows.
