My Story

I first found Lagree at a time in my life where I had debilitating herniated discs from some old yoga injuries. Lagree has allowed me to get strong enough to not only live day to day without back pain, but also enjoy all types of workouts again. I want everyone to know they are welcome and beyond capable in class, no matter their background or level of fitness. Lagree is for everyone.
